Please keep in mind that our gallery contains works that have been censored at one time or another. They are certain to be provactave and may contain nudity, foul language, sexual situations and controversial or inflamatory political statements. Therefore we feel it is in the best interests of AAC to limit access to the gallery to those 18 and over. This will allow us to present your censored works in the manner in which they were intended to be seen. By agreeing to this disclaimer you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.
While the administrators of Artists Against Censorship will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every post. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to Artists Against Censorship express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

The artist warrants and represents that, to the best of their knowledge, the work uploaded is their own work and that the work does not contain any libelous or unlawful matter. You also agree NOT to hold the Artists Against Censorship staff liable in any way for ANY content published by other community members and/or guests to the Artists Against Censorship community.
